Step 1 – Maca Essence Volume Shampoo

1. Wet your hair thoroughly with clean water.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to wet hair.
3. Gently massage into the hair and scalp to create a lather.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Step 2 – Maca Essence Repair Conditioner (Lightweight)

1. After shampooing, apply the conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends.
2. Distribute evenly through the hair.
3. Leave on for 1–2 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

For Intensive Care – Maca Essence Repair Collagen Hair Mask

1. After shampooing, gently towel-dry your hair to remove excess water.
2. Apply the hair mask evenly from the mid-lengths to the ends.
3. Massage gently and leave on for 10–15 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Recommended Routine: Use the shampoo and lightweight conditioner as part of your regular hair-washing routine. For deeper care, replace the regular conditioner with the collagen hair mask 1–2 times per week.

Pro Tip: On hair mask days, you generally do not need to use both the conditioner and hair mask in the same wash. Use the hair mask in place of the conditioner for a more intensive treatment.
