Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once you place an order through our website, the following process applies:

  4. Order Processing: After confirmation, your selected item(s) are prepared and packed for dispatch.
  5. Ready to Ship: Once your order has been packed and is ready to be handed over for delivery, it is marked as ready for shipment.
  6. Delivery: Your order is then sent for delivery and is expected to arrive within the standard delivery timeframe, subject to courier operations and your delivery location.

Accurate Delivery Information

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are entered correctly at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay the processing or delivery of your order.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or other operational reasons.

Karseell Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but our team will be available to assist you with your order status where possible.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Each order can be delivered to one address only. If you would like products delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is received damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear pictures or a video of the received package and product. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
